POLICIES APPOINTMENTS Must be 18 or older to book an appt. If you are underage I will need a written consent note & signature from parent/guardian Show up with clean lashes (No makeup, moisturizers, etc around eye area Avoid wearing falsies or mascara a few days prior to appt No caffeine prior to appt as it can make eyes flutter Must have 40% of lashes to be considered a fill Any appointment needed outside of my availability will be charged an additional $30 to accommodate you into my schedule DEPOSITS All deposits are non refundable & go towards appointment Must be sent within 24 hrs of booking appointment to secure spot New clients are required a $50 deposit Deposits are transferable within the next 4 weeks LATE/CANCELLATIONS Please notify me if you are running late If you are over 15 minutes late & would still like to be serviced I will do what I can with remaining time (coverage will not be guaranteed) All appointments cancelled/rescheduled within 24hrs will be charged an additional $30 at next appointment No call/no shows will no longer be able to book with me REFUNDS No refunds If you develop an allergic reaction I will do a complimentary removal If you have any issues with the lashes please notify me within 72 hrs & I will fix them. Any time after will be charged as a mini fill

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made within 24hrs of appointment will be charged $30 at next appointment. If you are a new client & no show your appt you will be blacklisted.
